Who We Are
Crispin Thompson
Crispin Thompson is the Founder and Principal Consultant at The Leadership Studio, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in leadership roles across the technology industry. He has a proven track record in driving transformational change, particularly in digital transformation, pricing strategy, and Operations management. Known for his hands-on, people-first approach, Crispin empowers teams to thrive while delivering exceptional results.
Before founding The Leadership Studio, Crispin served as an Executive at a Fortune 100 tech company, where he led cross-functional teams to achieve groundbreaking successes in Partner and Finance transformations. His work consistently bridged the gap between high-level strategy and operational execution, earning recognition for innovative solutions and strategic insight.
At The Leadership Studio, Crispin leverages his expertise to help individuals and organizations navigate complex challenges and build sustainable paths to success. He is passionate about fostering growth, driving impactful change, and cultivating a culture of excellence.
Outside of work, Crispin enjoys traveling, playing some very mediocre golf and spending time with his young daughter reflecting his belief in a balanced and well-rounded approach to leadership.
Arturo Bañuelos
With more than 20 years of professional experience, Arturo Bañuelos is a dynamic force in the global tech industry and Fortune 500 companies, where he specializes in developing and leading transformative strategies for large-scale global initiatives. His career is marked by leadership roles in Change Management, Program Management, Employee Experience, and Business Transformation at companies such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP, and OutSystems.
Today, as the founder of ChangePartners Consulting, Arturo helps clients build stronger organizational capabilities and champion positive change, working with industry leaders like Intel, Keurig Dr Pepper, the University of Cincinnati, and Corning. He also serves as a Board Member and Treasurer of the Real Talk app, leveraging his strategic insights to guide innovative projects toward success.
Recognized for his commitment to employee engagement and career development, Arturo has earned multiple accolades including the NexGen IT Hero Award, HPE Way Now Award and the Global Sales Operations Distinguished Leader recognitions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Universidad de Guadalajara, along with post-graduate diplomas in Executive Leadership (ITESM, Campus Guadalajara) and Public Relations (ITESO).
Jon King
Jon is a seasoned leader in the BPO industry, with an impressive 38-year career spanning multiple top companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at ibex, he oversees the company’s largest global accounts, managing a team of over 3,000 FTEs.
Jon's extensive experience includes leading US operations at TaskUs, preceded by a role as Global Vice President at Alorica, where he managed operations across various sites and geographies. His journey in the BPO sector began with a 20-year tenure at Sitel, followed by 5 years with WDS, a Xerox company.
Jon is known for his competitive spirit and belief in the power of a motivated workforce. He fosters a culture of ownership and accountability, ensuring that employees are engaged and productive. Outside of work, Jon is a proud father of two grown children and a doting grandfather to two grandchildren, who he loves to spoil.
Julián Limón
Julian Limón is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the technology and consulting sectors. He has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth. Julian's expertise spans project management, strategic planning, and process optimization, enabling organizations to achieve operational excellence.
Throughout his career, Julian has collaborated with tech professionals across various roles, from software development to IT management, enabling them to navigate the unique challenges of the tech landscape. His deep understanding of technological trends and organizational dynamics allows him to offer tailored coaching that bridges the gap between technical expertise and effective leadership. Julian's commitment to fostering innovation and adaptability has empowered countless tech leaders to drive transformation and achieve strategic objectives in rapidly evolving environments.
Julian holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an MBA from Cal. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, underscoring his commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. For The Leadership Studio, Julian leverages his extensive experience to mentor emerging leaders and drive organizational success with key focus on entrepreneurship, AI and process improvement.
