Who We Are
Crispin Thompson
Crispin Thompson is the Founder and Principal Consultant at The Leadership Studio, offering nearly 30 years of experience in leadership roles throughout the technology industry. With a proven track record in driving transformational change, he specializes in digital transformation, pricing strategy, and operations management. Known for his hands-on, people-first approach, Crispin empowers teams to thrive and achieve exceptional results through effective coaching services.
Before founding The Leadership Studio, Crispin served as an Executive at a Fortune 100 tech company, where he led cross-functional teams to achieve groundbreaking successes in partner and finance transformations. His leadership development initiatives consistently bridged the gap between high-level strategy and operational execution, earning recognition for innovative solutions and strategic insight.
At The Leadership Studio, Crispin leverages his expertise to help individuals and organizations navigate complex challenges and build sustainable paths to success. He is passionate about fostering growth, driving impactful change, and cultivating a culture of excellence, all while enhancing team expertise.
Outside of work, Crispin enjoys traveling, playing some very mediocre golf, and spending time with his young daughter, reflecting his belief in a balanced and well-rounded approach to leadership.
Arturo Bañuelos
With more than 20 years of professional experience, Arturo Bañuelos is a dynamic force in the global tech industry and Fortune 500 companies, specializing in developing and leading transformative strategies for large-scale global initiatives. His career is marked by leadership roles in Change Management, Program Management, Employee Experience, and Business Transformation at companies such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP, and OutSystems, where he honed his team expertise.
Today, as the founder of ChangePartners Consulting, Arturo provides coaching services to clients, helping them build stronger organizational capabilities and champion positive change. He collaborates with industry leaders like Intel, Keurig Dr Pepper, the University of Cincinnati, and Corning to enhance their leadership development initiatives. Additionally, he serves as a Board Member and Treasurer of the Real Talk app, leveraging his strategic insights to guide innovative projects toward success.
Recognized for his commitment to employee engagement and career development, Arturo has earned multiple accolades including the NexGen IT Hero Award, HPE Way Now Award, and the Global Sales Operations Distinguished Leader recognitions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Universidad de Guadalajara, along with post-graduate diplomas in Executive Leadership (ITESM, Campus Guadalajara) and Public Relations (ITESO).
Jon King
Jon is a seasoned leader in the BPO industry, boasting an impressive 38-year career with multiple top companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at ibex, he oversees the company’s largest global accounts, leveraging his leadership development skills to manage a team of over 3,000 FTEs.
Jon's extensive experience includes leading US operations at TaskUs and a prior role as Global Vice President at Alorica, where he managed operations across various sites and geographies. His journey in the BPO sector began with a 20-year tenure at Sitel, followed by 5 years with WDS, a Xerox company, where he honed his team expertise.
Known for his competitive spirit and belief in the power of a motivated workforce, Jon fosters a culture of ownership and accountability. Through his coaching services, he ensures that employees remain engaged and productive. Outside of work, Jon is a proud father of two grown children and a doting grandfather to two grandchildren, whom he loves to spoil.
Julián Limón
Julian Limón is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the technology and consulting sectors. He has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth. Julian's expertise spans project management, strategic planning, and process optimization, enabling organizations to achieve operational excellence.
Throughout his career, Julian has provided coaching services to tech professionals across various roles, from software development to IT management, helping them navigate the unique challenges of the tech landscape. His deep understanding of technological trends and organizational dynamics allows him to offer tailored coaching that bridges the gap between technical expertise and effective leadership. Julian holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an MBA from Cal. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, underscoring his commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
